Contest Rules & Eligibility
Participation in the Swara Academy Vocal Coaching Contest is subject to the following key rules and eligibility criteria. Please read carefully before entering:
Key Rules & Eligibility:
- Minimum Age: Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Geographic Eligibility: The contest is open exclusively to residents of India.
- Contest Period: The contest opens on 15th October 2024 and closes promptly on 15th November 2024 at 11:59 PM Indian Standard Time (IST). Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
- Winner Notification: The winner and runner-ups will be selected randomly from eligible entries and notified via the email address or phone number provided in the entry form by 30th November 2024. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.
- Prize Conditions: The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. Vocal coaching sessions must be scheduled within 3 months of notification.
- Rights Reserved: Swara Academy reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants, disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules, and to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time for any reason, without prior notice.

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Swara Academy Vocal Coaching Contest. By entering the contest, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Eligibility
The contest is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legal residents of India at the time of entry. Employees of Swara Academy, their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization are not eligible to participate.
Contest Period
The contest begins on 15th October 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM IST on 15th November 2024 ("Contest Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
To enter, follow the steps outlined in the "How to Enter" section of this landing page. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
Prize
The Grand Prize is a Swara Academy Vocal Coaching Package as described in the "What You Could Win" section. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Swara Academy reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected randomly from all valid entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place by 25th November 2024. Winners will be notified directly via the contact information provided in their entry form by 30th November 2024. If a selected winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
General Conditions
Swara Academy reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms or attempts to manipulate the entry process. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Swara Academy from any liability arising from your participation or the acceptance/use of any prize. The decision of Swara Academy regarding all contest matters is final.
